• Tailor-made solutions:
  We apply a methodology customized to your company, and we elaborate and implement tailor made and individual solutions. We do not provide standardized products.
• System approach:
  We consider part problems in their own context, in line with the corporate strategy.
• Quality management:
  To improve the quality of our business processes we continuously improve and modernize our activity and the required background. We operate, control and develop our processes and regulation according to the principles of the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2009 quality management standard. Our quality management system is efficient and economical, and it guarantees the standard quality of our services concerning turbulent circumstances and our customer's needs.
• Focus on implementation:
  We provide our clients with a one-sided implementation option to implement our worked-out concepts which ensure that you get practical advice.
• Cost efficiency:
  We work with small teams for only the minimum time needed to perform the job. With us you will not buy-in to pressure to continue, or to use us to implement (which of course you may still decide to do)! During our projects we won’t charge you for extra analyst capacity.
• Common work:
  As part of the company’s philosophy we are committed to sharing and developing knowledge. We share our knowledge with the clients but count on the client’s knowledge and experience as well because in particular questions you have more relevant information than we do. In most projects we work in a three-tier project team organization, but of course we tailor the exact team structure requirement to the task to be performed.
• High qualified consultants:
  We work with a well defined functional know-how base and well trained, educated consultants who have passed through a series of difficult exams and tests.
• Fair fee level:
  We will finance the first analytical phase (usually one or two weeks) of the consultant activity, which is needed to get to know our clients deeper. Many consultants will charge you for this but we believe it is unfair to pass on the cost of getting to know you. We won’t charge you huge percentages for incidental expenses, but rather give you an exact accounting of miscellaneous charges – remember, we want to improve your bottom line!
